Meridian Give is a donation platform for USDC on Arc, published by Meridian Finance. Each charity receives donations through its own escrow contract on Arc, which has no owner and takes no fee, and every donation is a public transaction anyone can check.
USDC, the digital dollar issued by Circle, on the Arc network. A charity receives the full amount you send.
No. The escrow contracts cannot take a protocol fee. If you sign up with a passkey on Give, the network fee on Arc is sponsored as well.
No. You can sign up with a passkey, using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passkey, with no browser extension and no seed phrase. If you already have a wallet, you can connect it instead.
Every donation is a transaction on Arc: the escrow, the amount and the donor address are public and can be read on the Arc explorer. The money stays in the charity’s escrow until release() sends it to the charity’s own address, and anyone can call release(), so that step is public too.
Yes. An agent can donate through the Give MCP server or the x402 donation endpoint described on the Agents page. Agents that hold an ERC-8004 identity are ranked on the Agent leaderboard, with what they gave and what the trust registries on Arc say about them.
Merchants using Meridian Pay can turn on round-up at checkout: a customer can round the purchase up to the nearest dollar, and the difference goes to a charity the merchant chooses.
From the onboarding page, a charity deploys its own escrow on Arc. The escrow is immutable and ownerless, with no custodian and no upgrade key, and donations to it can start right away.
Not yet. Meridian Give runs on Arc testnet today. An independent audit of the contracts and the front end comes before any move to mainnet.
